Grapevine-based Vision Commercial Capital Group announced the acquisition of Grapevine Centre on Dec. 12.

The 85,421-square-foot shopping center is located at 1250 William D. Tate Ave., and features long-standing Grapevine businesses such as Petco, JoAnn Fabric and Craft and Dollar Tree. Also in the 100% leased shopping center are Angels' Attic and Harbor Freight, according to a news release.

The shopping center is located next to Grapevine Towne Center, which features Target, Ross, Jason’s Deli and Eatzi’s Market.

“I’ve been watching this center for over a decade and witnessing the area’s incredible growth,” Roger Smeltzer, Jr., founder of Vision Commercial Capital Group said in a news release. “This corridor is among the strongest in the DFW Metroplex, and this strategic asset with the long-term tenants will grow in value for years to come.”

Smeltzer and partner Jeff Marek arranged the deal with The Woodmont Company, which represented the previous owners, Grapevine Beall Center.

The Woodmont Company, in a separate press release, said the terms of the deals were finalized on Dec. 6.
