Homesense will open in Southlake on Nov. 21.

A TJX Company brand, Homesense sells furniture, lighting, decor, home textiles and more at prices 20% to 50% lower than department stores, according to its website.

The details

The store is in the Gateway Plaza shopping center and is taking over what used to be Bed, Bath and Beyond, which closed in 2023. According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the store is undergoing a $2.1 million renovation for a tenant to finish out of the 29,991-square-foot store.
