Walmart is expanding and renovating the Grapevine location.

The Arkansas-based company is doing several projects in the store and a grand re-opening is slated for November.

The estimated project cost is $750,000, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The "store of the future" redesign will include:

  • A new grab-and-go section

  • Renovated apparel section

  • Expanded deli and produce

  • Updated pharmacy

  • Expansion of grocery pickup and delivery

  • Remodeled auto center

  • Mother’s room

  • New community-focused food and merchandise offering

According to the company, work is being done after-hours, though a few sections in the store have been moved to accommodate the construction.
