Grapevine-based Buchanan Technologies acquired Technology Spa to increase its cloud services on June 4.

The Dallas-based Technology Spa specializes in cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, AWS and ServiceNow, according to a news release.

“Technology Spa has a proven track record of expanded cloud orchestration capabilities and best-in-class cloud assessment tools,” said Jim Buchanan, Founder and CEO of Buchanan Technologies, in a news release. “Merging our two teams will further enhance our cloud capabilities. Together, we will continue to deliver a robust and scalable suite of services to our valued customers, enabling them to fully leverage the cloud and stay ahead of the latest industry trends.”

According to the news release, the acquisition equips Buchanan Technologies to drive growth, maintain its Managed IT leadership and be a premier provider of outsourced, managed cloud solutions.

Buchanan Technologies was established in 1988 and provides services in the United States, Canada and Europe, according to the news release.
