The Blends and Co. Spa and Salon had a special use permit approved for a location at Keller Crossing by Keller City Council during the July 2 meeting.
Co-owners Alexander Mars and Piyanan Kloeber opened in Southlake in 2021 and offers haircuts for men and haircuts and coloring for women using natural and organic products. Other services includes facials and massages.
Mars told council members he expects to bring existing customers from the Southlake locale, which is at 251 W. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 4.
The location in Keller, which is a 1,076 square feet space, was formerly occupied by Knockout Haircuts & Grooming.
