MiMutual Mortgage has moved into a new location in Grapevine.

The company offers loan programs for first-time homebuyers, retirees, investors growing their property portfolios, newly divorced people and those getting into home renovation. Bob Duane is the branch manager of this location.

MiMutual, formerly at 601. W. Northwest Hwy., Ste. 100B, moved into the former Dalton Oil Inc. building that opened in 1937. The company renovated the old gas station and has a Sinclair gas pump in front of the building.
