The Southlake center will allow clients to explore prescription hearing aids from leading brands as well as over-the-counter hearing aid solutions. Guests can also receive a complimentary hearing evaluation and test various hearing aids with guidance from licensed hearing care professionals, the release states.
The Southlake location will also house Hear USA’s third HearAcademy Learning Center in the country, which provides licensed hearing care professionals with ongoing training as advances are made in hearing care technology and services. It also serves as a training area for participants in HearUSA’s apprentice program, which allows apprentices to get education and clinical experience to become licensed hearing instrument specialists, according to the news release.
In addition, the company announced Feb. 20 a partnership with the Southlake Senior Activity Center to hold community events promoting better hearing health with a Listen & Lunch seminar.
