A performance training business started by a former Dallas Cowboys player has expanded to Southlake.

Built 4 It was created by former defensive back Kavon Frazier and Kecia McKenzie, a physical therapist, in 2019 in Prosper. Last last year, the business opened in Southlake. It provides training for youth, middle school, high school, college and professional athletes and adults who want to improve health and wellness, according to Vice President of Operations Chico Morales.

The Southlake location features:

  • A 30-yard indoor football field
  • Physical therapy
  • Chiropractic services
  • Massage therapy
  • Content creator/podcast studio
The Southlake facility is lined with framed football jerseys of athletes that have worked out with the company. Morales said the niche market is for MLB, NFL and NBA players to workout in the offseason. Many of the workouts are similar to NFL offseason and NFL combine training.
