Marshall Grain Co. is looking to open its new permanent store in Colleyville in time for the spring gardening season.

The organic garden center and pet supply store closed its longtime Grapevine location in June and has been in a temporary store in Hurst, located at 3417 Raider Drive, Ste. 9.

The city of Colleyville awarded Marshall Grain Co. a $50,000 grant to help finance improvements to the store’s new permanent space, which is currently being cleared and graded. When completed, the new location will include a large greenhouse along with an existing retail store, warehouse and open space for a plant nursery, according to a news release from the company.
