A conditional use permit that would allow for the addition of extra training space at Mohler MMA received approval from Grapevine City Council.

The permit was approved during the Nov. 20 meeting and will allow the existing mixed martial arts center to add over 2,000 square feet of training space to its existing 10,620 square-foot building. The conditional permit approval will also require approval from the Board of Zoning Adjustment for landscaping and parking exemptions.

Mohler MMA offers martial arts classes, including jiu jitsu, kickboxing and boxing, to both adults and children.

According to city documents, a timeline for the Mohler MMA renovations will be established during the project’s planning phase.
