A historic Grapevine gas station is being renovated into office space for MiMutual Mortgage, according to the company’s social media.

Dalton Oil Inc. was established in 1937 in Grapevine and was one of the few remaining vintage gas stations in the area, according to Waymarking.com, which tracks historic gas stations across the world. MiMutual Mortgage is renovating the building and intends to keep the facade and Dalton logo intact as part of the new office building. MiMutual Mortgage’s current Grapevine location is near the gas station at 601 W. Northwest Highway, Ste. 100B.

The company offers loan programs for first-time homebuyers, retirees, investors growing their property portfolios, the newly divorced and those getting into home renovation.
