Solo Brands, a Grapevine-based company, announced it acquired TerraFlame on May 11.

TerraFlame sells indoor fire products, which includes a portable tabletop s’mores roaster. The California-based business has products sold at Target, Pottery Barn and Crate & Barrel, according to the company.

This is the first acquisition for Solo Brands since buying Chubbies, Oru Kayak and Isle in 2021, prior to an initial public offering that year. The headquarters is at 1001 Mustang Drive.

"We are pleased to welcome TerraFlame to the Solo Brands family and thankful to Gerald Berger, Oleg Berger and Lenny Vainberg for choosing us as the right long-term partner for them," Solo Brands CEO John Merris said. "This strategic acquisition complements our brands and, alongside Solo Stove, allows us to offer our customers the fire burning experience outdoors, and with the addition of TerraFlame, we’re thrilled to bring the fire inside."

Solo Brands offers its products at retailer Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ace, Academy and Scheels.

TerraFlame’s team will become part of the Solo Brands team. Vainberg, the TerraFlame CEO, will be appointed the role of TerraFlame general manager.

"We are thrilled to join the Solo Brands team and to have found a partner that supports our vision for TerraFlame," Vainberg said.
