The renovations began in mid-2022 and include a family room, guest area, cafe and kids area, according to Kim Post, Compass Church communications administrative assistant.
“We created new, open spaces with ample seating to gather with friends and family before and after weekend services or events and an updated kid’s area that is fun and secure,” Post said.
The reasons for the renovations go beyond updating the physical space of the church, according to Post.
“We want more people and families in the Colleyville and DFW area to find a church where they feel seen, supported and connected,” she said.
