1. Teel Parkway widening
Project: The project will widen Teel Parkway from two lanes to four lanes from Stafford Middle School to Olive Branch Drive.
Update: The project is in the design phase and construction is expected to start later this year.

4. Panther Creek Parkway construction
Project: The project runs Panther Creek Parkway from Dallas North Tollway to Preston Road. The project will create a new six-lane roadway to fill the last remaining gap of Panther Creek Parkway in Frisco.
Update: The contractor is working on improvements to the storm drain, water line and sanitary sewer line. Roughly 70% of the improvements to the storm drainage infrastructure is complete, according to a January engineering council report. Paving is anticipated to begin early this year.

Project: The roadway will create a four lane divided roadway.

7. Gartner Road traffic signal installation
Project: A new traffic signal was added to the intersection of Main Street and Gartner Road.
Update: The light was activated in December, according to a January engineering council report. It will serve the existing Grove neighborhood on the south side of Main Street and the future Grove neighborhood on the north side with sales opening in early 2025.
