Frisco transportation project: Championship Drive construction

Construction on Championship Drive is ongoing from the newly renamed PGA Parkway to US 380. (Community Impact staff)

Construction on Championship Drive is ongoing from the newly renamed PGA Parkway to US 380. Concrete paving began in early September. The contractor is currently working on improving the subgrade as well as on final grading on the southbound lanes of Championship. When complete, the project will result in a new six-lane divided roadway.

Timeline: 2019-late 2020


Cost: $6.30 million
