Frisco transportation update: Elm Street parking and pedestrian and bike paths

As a part of Frisco’s downtown master plan, a design process was initiated this summer to add vehicle parking and paths for bikers and pedestrians on Elm Street. The project will stretch across First Street and North County Road. Construction could begin next October.
