Four Frisco roads will have new or higher speed limits soon.
Frisco City Council approved the new speed limits during the July 2 meeting.
Portions of Rockhill Parkway, Witt Road, Main Street and Gary Burns Drive are getting new speed limits. All the roadways except for Witt, which is getting its first established speed limit, will have increased limits of 5 mph.
The new speed limits go into effect when the signs are posted.
The city also approved establishing new school zones for a new Prosper ISD school and new neighborhoods near existing Frisco ISD schools. Click
