The National Soccer Hall of Fame opened to the public Nov. 2 as part of the renovations at Toyota Stadium at 9200 World Cup Way, Frisco. The hall features interactive exhibits and soccer memorabilia and serves as the home for annual Hall of Fame induction ceremonies. The first induction ceremony in Frisco was held Oct. 20 followed by a Hall of Fame soccer game, an Imagine Dragons concert and other weekend activities. The Hall of Fame is part of the $55 million renovation project at Toyota Stadium. The project includes 3,355 new covered seats, a third-tier season ticket member seating area, new locker rooms, patio, soccer store and press conference area.

FC Dallas

Miller said Toyota Stadium plans to hold a Hall of Fame weekend after the induction ceremonies every year as a new tradition. The weekend will include a Hall of Fame soccer game, a concert and a slew of other activities. Events are still being finalized for 2019.
