The overview
The homes, which range in size from 2,917 square feet to over 4,940 square feet, start at $1.27 million in price, according to the news release. Two homes, featuring floor plans from the Toll Brothers’ Woodlands Collection, are available now. A third home from the collection will be available for move-in this summer.

Zooming out
The homes are located within the Brookside neighborhood west of the Dallas North Tollway. The neighborhood features more than 800 available lots, according to Fields’ website. The neighborhood’s first homes were delivered to builders in 2023.
The Fields development spans more than 2,500 acres and includes plans for residential neighborhoods and a mixed-use development called Fields West. The master-planned community will feature about 25 miles of hike and bike trails as well as 250 acres of green space when finished.
