Development update: The Lucia in Frisco

The Lucia multifamily project broke ground July 2018 within The Gate development. Located on the northwest corner for the Dallas North Tollway and John Hickman Parkway, Lucia will have 425 luxury units. Additional amenities include a fifth-floor amenity deck, two resort-style pools, a concierge service, a fitness center, a yoga studio and package delivery system.
