Construction is almost finished on the first phase of 4th Army Drive to build a connection from Lebanon Road to the Stewart Creek West Wastewater Treatment Plant. Construction is about one-quarter through the second phase of the project to add a two-lane undivided roadway from the wastewater  treatment plant to Timber Ridge Drive. 


Timeline: July 2015-September 2017 (Lebanon Road to SCWWTP), July 2016-June 2018 (SCWWTP to Timber Ridge Drive)
Cost: $3.2 million (Lebanon Road to SCWWTP), $11.4 million (SCWWTP to Timber Ridge Drive)
