Construction is wrapping up on the Frisco portion of FM 423. The road has been widened to six lanes from south of Eldorado Parkway to US 380. Construction is expected to be complete by September.

Another portion of FM 423, from Stewarts Creek Road to SH 121, is also being widened. That portion is expected to be complete this fall.
