Popshelf is now open at 3333 Preston Road, Frisco. Popshelf is mainly a $5 and under store that offers shoppers an affordable shopping experience. The retail store offers a large range of items including beauty products, cleaning supplies, crafts, party supplies, toys and more, according to a release from Popshelf.
