Halo Pizzeria plans to open by September at 11220 Panther Creek Parkway, Ste. 400, Frisco. The restaurant, which is under construction, will specialize in New York-style pizza, and the restaurant will include a bar and patio space. Halo Pizzeria is slated to be 2,800 square feet, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation website.
