Life Time fitness resort in Frisco opens preview center ahead of 2022 launch

Life Time fitness resort has opened a preview center at 4913 Throne Hall Drive, Frisco. A concierge team is available to discuss founding membership opportunities ahead of the center’s anticipated February opening. The preview center allows potential members to explore the amenities that will come with the new Frisco location.

Life Time Frisco will cover more than 16 acres, according to a news release. Features at the 2-story, 124,000-square-foot building include a 30,000-square-foot outdoor beach club, 10 outdoor tennis courts and eight pickleball courts. More than 400 pieces of cardio, strength and functional training equipment will be on the exercise floor, the release said.


Life Time aims to provide “something for everyone from 9 months to 90-plus,” the release said. Programming will include a Kids Academy, alongside dedicated studios for barre, cardio and strength group classes, indoor cycling, Pilates and yoga.

“There has been incredible anticipation for our Frisco destination, and we’re thrilled to have our preview center open to share what makes Life Time so unique for the entire family,” said Lance Miller, Area Director at Life Time, in the release.
