Nationwide franchise The Learning Experience is opening an independently owned location in Frisco this summer. The early education school will open at the northwest corner of Hickory Street and Preston Road, a spokesperson for The Learning Experience said. The location will be a brand-new 10,000-square-foot commercial real estate building with up to 5,000 square feet allocated to an outdoor playground. The center will employ about 30 staff members and certified teachers to serve local children 6 weeks to 6 years old. Services offered include child care, enrichment programs and early childhood education.

"We do all of the groundwork and set up franchisees for success as an independent franchise business owner," said Stephanie Retherford, regional vice president at The Learning Experience, in a news release. "We provide world-class training and ongoing operational support for franchisees to successfully run their business while making a positive difference in the lives of children and families in their community." www.thelearningexperience.com
