Evolve Hair Boutique has plans to open at 3411 Preston Road, Ste. 5, Frisco. The hair boutique is expected to open sometime in April and will also feature To The Nine Hair at the salon, with both companies working on the location together. The salon will offer haircuts, colorings, extensions and more beauty services with a focus on “clean” hair care products. A website and phone number are coming soon.
