New phases of Edgestone at Legacy and Edgewood communities to debut in Frisco next year

Trophy Signature Homes announced in December that the second phases of its Edgestone at Legacy and Edgewood communities are coming to Frisco in March. Homes in these phases will range from 2,760-3,890 square feet.

Edgestone's second phase is located at the intersection of Stonebrook Parkway and Fourth Army Drive. The community is located on 307 acres nearby Frisco ISD schools and the Dallas North Tollway. Amenities include a resident center, a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness facility, Wi-Fi cabanas, playgrounds, parks, ponds, and hike and bike trails.


Edgewood's second phase is located at the northeast corner of Rolater Road and Coit Road. Amenities include an activity center, a swimming pool, a playground, a pavilion, walking trails and green spaces. 214-550-5733. www.trophysignaturehomes.com/communities/dallas-ft-worth
