First Citizens Bank will open a branch early next year near the intersection of Lebanon Road and Old Lebanon Road in Frisco. The new branch, which is currently under construction, will be 6,900 square feet and two stories tall.

“We’re excited about expanding our presence in the market with a location that will provide plenty of room for future growth,” Frank Smith, vice president and communications project manager for First Citizens Bank, said via email. “Our new branch location will provide greater accessibility to First Citizens products and services and allow us to better serve the people and businesses of the community.”

Smith said that when the new branch opens next year, First Citizens Bank plans to consolidate its leased location at 2400 Dallas Parkway, Ste. 120, Plano, into the Frisco office.

First Citizens Bank’s offerings include checking, savings and personal lending as well as merchant and commercial services. The company has more than 560 branches in 19 states, including seven offices in Texas. 888-323-4732. www.firstcitizens.com
