Chuy's opened Feb. 11 at 3773 Preston Road, Frisco. The restaurant chain serves Tex-Mex entrees, such as enchiladas, burritos, tacos, fajita plates and more. The Frisco location is Chuy's' 10th in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. 469-421-1982. www.chuys.com
