Legacy Medical Park III continues construction on the southeast corner of Legacy Drive and Warren Parkway. Construction was completed on the first two buildings of the 68,000-square-foot medical park in February, with tenants’ offices now operational. A total of seven buildings will be developed for medical or office use and a Kiddie Academy facility. Legacy Medical Park III is expected to be completed this fall.
