July 3: Join the All-American Festival

Bring the family out for a night of fun. Roanoke’s annual July 3 event will feature fireworks, a pie-eating contest, bounce houses, games and music from Emerald City.July 3: Tune in to 'Patriotic Pops'

The Plano Community Band will perform a patriotic concert at Haggard Park. Attendees are encouraged to bring a picnic and enjoy the show near downtown Plano.July 4: Enjoy the Dallas Symphony Orchestra's 'Star-Spangled Spectacular'

The Dallas Winds will showcase a red, white and blue musical tribute for Independence Day. The event will feature hot dogs, ice cream and indoor fireworks. Tickets required.July 4: See fireworks in Fort Worth


Live music, a swim area, games for children and a flyover from F-16 planes will be held before a fireworks show in downtown Fort Worth.July 4: Attend a parade in Trophy Club

The Parade of Patriots is a 1.8-mile trek with floats, vehicles, golf carts and other motorized vehicles that starts at Byron Nelson High School.July 4: Take a quick run

Kids and adults can take part in the Patriot 5K and 1-mile run.

July 4: Enjoy a show and music to follow

There will be music, activities, food and a firework show will be held. A concert by Limelight will follow the fireworks.July 4: Watch fireworks


The event will feature live music, food trucks and water slides. The fireworks show held the past several years in Old Town Lewisville will take a break in 2023 as public safety personnel are not able to support two shows on the same night, according to the city. Freedom Fest’s fireworks show will begin at dusk. Street parking will not be available near the event, according to the city. There will be free parking at Killian Middle School and Hebron High School.July 4: Party in the park

The festivities continue July 4 with Parade Down Parkway in Coppell. The parade route begins at Samuel Boulevard and Sandy Lake Road, travels north on Samuel to Parkway Boulevard, then heads west to Town Center. Intersections along the parade route will be closed prior to the approaching parade and will remain closed until all entries have passed.July 3: Party for America

Kick off the Independence Day celebrations with day one of Frisco Freedom Fest, an annual two-day event. Events include a 5k luminescent run, a cornhole tournament, a Yankee Doodle Poodle dog parade, a dachshund dash and more.July 4: Celebrate independence

Celebrate America’s 247th Independence Day the way it was meant to be celebrated—by watching something blow up on day two of the annual Frisco Freedom Fest. Enjoy live music, dancing, performances, food, games, sports, children’s rides and more. The fireworks show takes place at Toyota Stadium but should be visible from Simpson Plaza.
