State Sen. Tan Parker had taken a large lead after the latest update from Tarrant, Dallas, Denton and Wise Counties. Parker, R-Flower Mound, has 238,906 votes, or 62.07% of the votes. Stephanie Draper, D-Dallas, has 146,014 votes, or 37.93% of the votes.

State Sen. Tan Parker’s quest to win reelection is trending in the right direction for the Republican from Flower Mound.
What you need to know
According to unofficial early voting results, incumbent Parker leads with 29,795 votes, or 64.18% of the votes. Stephanie Draper, D-Dallas, has 16,610 votes, or 35.82%.
Parker joined the Senate in 2022 after serving as Texas House of Representative, 63rd District, since 2008.
