Denton County residents can cast their ballots at any polling location during early voting; however, election day locations are by precinct. Collin County voters can cast their ballot at any location countywide during early voting or on Election Day.
What you need to know
Collin County residents can cast their votes at any of the 42 early voting locations countywide. For a full list of voting locations, as well as updates on wait times at each location, visit www.collincountytx.gov/elections/polling-locations.
Polling location operating hours vary, according to the Collin County Election Office’s website, and are as follows:
- Oct. 21-25, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Oct. 27, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
- Oct. 26 and Oct. 28-Nov. 1, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Oct. 21-26 and Oct. 28-Nov. 1, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Oct. 27, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
On the ballot
Ballots will feature several federal and state races, as well as county races, which include:
- Denton County Sheriff
- Denton County commissioner, Precinct 1
- Denton County Constable, Precinct 6
- Collin County Tax Assessor Collector
- Collin County commissioner, Precinct 3
- Collin County Constable, Precinct 3

Looking ahead
Election Day is set for Nov. 5 and voting locations will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m., according to the Texas Secretary of State’s website.
