Collin College has 39,552 credit students enrolled in the fall semester—a nearly 5% increase from fall 2023.

Overall, the university’s enrollment has increased almost 12% since 2020, according to college data. In that time, the school has expanded its offerings to include a total of four bachelor’s degree programs.

The college, which serves over 60,000 credit and continuing education students annually, has also seen federal grants and investments, as well as established new partnerships with Texas universities, creating new degree pathways.

“With four bachelor’s degrees offered by Collin College and partnerships with wonderful institutions like Texas A&M University, Texas State University, and The University of Texas at Dallas, our students don’t have to go far to fulfill their higher education goals,” Collin College District President Neil Matkin said in an emailed statement.

While college officials are still processing degrees awarded in the 2023-24 academic year to determine a final count, Collin College awarded 7,262 degrees and certificates in the 2022-23 academic year. That is a roughly 38% increase from the 2019-20 academic year, according to data from the college.
