ParagonED is opening a new private school in Frisco this fall.

The school is a nonprofit organization with a board of education and business professionals, school board Chair Chase Eskelsen said. The school has a strategic partnership with FerskenED, another Texas-based education firm, for its products, services and some staffing.

“We are a private school that took all 'the rules' and threw them out the window,” Eskelsen said in an email.

Jill Hollander is the founding headmaster, and she comes with decades of education experience.

The private school will offer nontraditional learning opportunities through local partnerships with businesses and other organizations. It offers full-time and part-time student enrollment.
