Frisco ISD residents are being asked to provide feedback to help district officials make informed decisions through the coming school years.

Community members, including parents and district staff, can complete the survey beginning Oct. 9 until Oct. 20 at 11:59 p.m. Parents can also access the survey link through email invitations sent Oct. 9.

“We believe that the best learning opportunities happen when we partner with our community,” FISD Superintendent Mike Waldrip said in a news release. “That’s why we’re empowering our stakeholders to help us build a bright future for all our students.”

What you should know

The survey will include questions about the student opportunity model, early childhood programming, and the maintenance and operations of campuses, the release stated. It will be offered in English and Spanish.

The district has partnered with the independent research firm K12 Insight to administer the survey and compile the results. Responses are confidential, and only overall results will be included in final reports, the release stated.

FISD previously received community feedback on perceptions toward the district and the academic calendar during the 2022-23 school year.

“I cannot overstate the value of this candid feedback,” Waldrip said. “By listening to everyone, I know we’ll ensure Frisco ISD reflects the wants and needs of our community.”
