Frisco Education Foundation awards 43 grants in 2019-20 school year

Frisco ISD received nearly $70 million in grants this school year from the Frisco Education Foundation.

The foundation awarded 43 grants across 30 campuses, according to a presentation by the foundation at a Dec. 9 FISD board meeting.


There were 20 elementary grants, four middle school grants, 15 high school grants and four special program center grants, per the presentation. 109 grant applications were submitted this school year.
