The impact
Bitty & Beau’s Coffee employs over 450 people with disabilities nationwide, the website states.
“Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop, where people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are valued in the workplace,” according to the website. “It’s a place where diversity isn’t just appreciated, it’s celebrated.”
