A second Baskin Robbins franchise is expected to open in Frisco.

Construction on the store is set to start in April and is slated for completion in June, according to a filing with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The ice cream store’s menu has a variety of ice cream flavors including cinnamon roll, chocolate chip, pink bubblegum and more. Nondairy and sugar-free ice cream are also available. Additional options include milkshakes, ice cream cakes and take home quarts of ice cream.

Another location is on Preston Road. The company website states all locations are locally owned and operated.

Baskin-Robbins was founded in 1945 in Glendale, CA by brothers-in-law Burton Baskin and Irvine Robbins.
