Stop-N-Go Gyros is opening soon in Frisco.

The gyro restaurant will take over the former Mudbugs location on FM 423.

The restaurant will offer Mediterranean favorites hummus, baba ghanoush, falafel and more. It also has locations in McKinney and Lewisville.
