The bakery specializes in allergen-friendly desserts and pastries. The items are always free from dairy and eggs, owner Gillian Kirk said. Kirk also offers daily gluten free, tree nut free, peanut free, soy free and other allergen friendly offerings.
Sweet Gilly’s has a menu of offerings such as cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls and even savory options. Custom orders are also available.
“I take food allergies very seriously and use utmost precautions to avoid any cross contamination,” Kirk said in an email. “I am so excited to share this space with the community. Lots of labor and love went into this project, and I cannot wait for everyone to come and enjoy it.”
The location has indoor and outdoor seating options along with an electric fireplace.
