Funky Munky Shaved Ice opened a year-round, brick and mortar stand, location owner Melanie Miller said.

The location features a walk-up and drive-thru counter for guests to come and go.

Funky Munky offers gourmet flavor combinations, including a pineapple upside-down cake snow cone with pineapple chunks and a brown sugar reduction. Another option is a strawberry cheesecake snow cone topped with a cheesecake slice, whipped topping, graham cracker crumbs and strawberry drizzle. Miller also operates a seasonal Funky Munky Shaved Ice food truck in McKinney.
