Snappy Salads at the southeast corner of SH 121 and Parkwood Boulevard has closed permanently.

The restaurant served salads, wraps and grain bowls. Snappy Salads still has 10 locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including one on Park Road in Plano.
