Zero Gradi Cafe will open in Frisco at 6975 Lebanon Road, Ste. 307, sometime in May.

Once open, Zero Gradi will offer guests a wide variety of gelato and sorbet options, including raspberry, pistachio, Oreo, caramel pecan, spiced apple cider and mulled wine, as well as toppings, such as Nutella, cherries and hazelnuts.

The gelateria and dessert bar will also offer baked goods, such as croissants, danishes, cake slices and tarts, as well as milkshakes and espresso drinks, according to its website.

The coffee beans used at the incoming Frisco Zero Gradi will be sourced from a local Texas roastery, according to Igor Stevovic, Frisco location owner Nikoleta Plavsic’s husband.
