1. Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar

The new 5,400-square-foot space can seat 300 people and has a design similar to other Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar locations, according to a news release. The Frisco location will also feature a food menu in addition to its drink menu, the first location to do so.

2. Snowbird Cocktail Lounge & Kitchen

The 4,100-square-foot space includes dining seating, lounge seating and a 35-foot-long bar. Mixologists will mix classic cocktails and unique cocktails specific to Snowbird, according to the news release.3. The Glen Restaurant & Bar


The menu at The Glen will feature craft cocktails, a selection of wine and scotch and seafood specialties. In addition, aerial performing artists and other entertainers will make an appearance, according to the release.

4. The Monarch Stag

The Monarch Stag will be live music, a cigar lounge, and “the finest and rarest scotch whisky and bourbon selections from around the world.” Derek and Sheree Simms at Simms Hospitality Group are behind the two complimentary venues. Simms Hospitality Group also owns and operates J. Theodore and Rare Books Bar in Frisco.

5. Tricky Fish

Menu items include a daily selection of fresh seafood dishes, entree salads and sandwiches with a Cajun flair. The restaurant also includes a full bar with a selection of craft beers on tap as well as cans and bottles. This is the fourth Tricky Fish restaurant with three other locations in Fort Worth, Richardson and Dallas.

6. Roti Grill


Indian food restaurant Roti Grill relocated from its original location in The Star District on Winning Drive to Gaylord Parkway, according to the release. Diners can expect an updated menu, an enhanced interior with a new bar and a storefront patio for outdoor dining.

7. Lombardi Cucina Italiana

The menu will feature authentic Italian cuisine with “a modern touch,” according to the release. “Fatto a mano” pastas will be produced daily in an open “pasta laboratorio” alongside fresh fish, meats and produce on the menu. A selection of wines and cocktails will also be available for guests, the release said.
