Dunkin’ to open new store in west Frisco


Dunkin’ is expected to open in late spring or early summer at 3555 Legacy Drive, Frisco, in the former location of the Family Health Market. The nationwide chain is known for its coffee and doughnuts.

Clean Juice opens second location in west Frisco



Clean Juice opened March 21 at 6959 Lebanon Road, Ste. 100, Frisco. This is the second location in Frisco and is owned by the same husband-and-wife duo. The organic juice bar serves salads, smoothies, coffee, juices, acai bowls, toasts and wellness shots.

Plano restaurant In-Fretta rebrands, changes name to La Meglio

The menu and ownership at La Meglio remain the same. Menu items include signature pizzas, a variety of chicken wing flavors, and pasta dishes.

Local sister trio brings Urban Core fitness studio to Plano

Urban Core, a Lagree fitness studio, will join Urban Seafood Co. on the second floor of a newly constructed building in downtown Plano this April.

The Bed Farm now open in north Fort Worth

The Bed Farm opened its first brick-and-mortar location Jan. 7 in the Tanger Outlets at 15825 North Freeway, Ste. 560, Fort Worth. The family-owned store sells mattresses, pillows, bed linens and other bedroom comfort items as well as hot tubs and infrared saunas.

Wicked Bold Vegan Kitchen bringing mocktails, plant-based dining to Flower Mound

The owners of Wicked Bold Chocolate plan to open a new vegan restaurant, Wicked Bold Vegan Kitchen, on April 23 at 3343 Long Prairie Road, Ste. 3347, Flower Mound. The restaurant will offer plant-based charcuterie boards and nonalcoholic cocktails, and Wicked Bold chocolates will be produced and sold there.

Spectrum to open new location in Richardson

Spectrum is expected to open a new store April 1 at 1450 E. Belt Line Road, Richardson, according to a sign on the door. The location will allow customers to view and purchase Spectrum mobile, television, internet and voice services as well as shop mobile phones and accessories.

DFW Colon and Rectal Surgery PA in Colleyville to close by end of April

DFW Colon and Rectal Surgery PA, run by Dr. Augustine Lee, will be closing April 30. The practice is located at 4201 Brown Trail and specializes in colectomy, cholecystitis and gallstone treatments. Lee said he will be recommending current patients to another doctor.
