The Grove Frisco is a 735-acre community, which features parks, hike and bike trails as well as other amenities such as pools, a fitness center and event space, according to the release.

Frisco City Council members approved plans for a 328-acre community at Custer Road and Main Street for The Frisco Grove developments in 2022. The Grove Frisco is a mile away from the “Four Corners” where the cities of Frisco, Plano, McKinney and Allen meet.
