According to a TDLR filing, a retail space in Frisco’s Parkway Towne Crossing is set to undergo a roughly $120,000 renovation to accommodate a new Pokeworks restaurant. Construction to convert the 1,269-square-foot space is expected to start March 1, 2027 and finish by Dec. 31, 2027.
Pokeworks is a fast-casual restaurant that serves Hawaiian-inspired poke bowls, burritos and salads featuring seafood, chicken or tofu with rice, vegetables, sauces and toppings. Also on the menu are sides like hot miso soup, seaweed salad and spicy edamame.
