Officials cut the ribbon to the new Autograph Collection at Hall Park on Oct. 7.

The hotel is not yet open, though it is anticipated to be open in the next week or so, officials said. The first check in date available is Oct. 14, according to the hotel’s website.

Inside the hotel will be a restaurant called Palato Italian Kitchen and Lounge. The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner options. It will also provide picnic lunches with to-go wines and more to enjoy next door at Kaleidoscope Park, said Mary Claghorn, Hall Park Hotel marketing manager.

The hotel is part of the 162-acre Hall Park development that started as an office park in the mid-1990s. The ribbon cutting comes days after Kaleidoscope Park’s own ribbon cutting on Oct. 5.

The 14-floor hotel features 204 rooms, of which 60 are reserved suites. The suites are catered toward long-term stays, which features kitchenettes and views of Kaleidoscope Park, Claghorn said.

It also features two ballrooms, fitness and rooftop pool that overlooks the new park. The seventh floor, which includes the pool, has outdoor event space—the Gallery Terrace—for morning yoga or weddings. About a half dozen weddings have already been booked at the hotel, Claghorn said.
